Andrea Coladangelo will join the Allen School this winter from the University of California, Berkeley where he is working as a Quantum Postdoctoral Fellow at the Simons Institute for the Theory of Computing.
Coladangelo’s research focuses on the theoretical foundations of quantum computation, with a focus on the interplay between quantum information, cryptography, and complexity theory. Coladangelo has been an editor of the journal Quantum since August 2020, and he is the co-founder of qBraid, a cloud-based platform for learning quantum computing and developing quantum algorithms.
