Sometimes space needs fall outside the typical case of long-term space for UW employees. Examples include research centers, long-term collaboration with non-UW employees, shared space when departments or groups require similar facilities, and temporary space assignments. In these cases, an MOU is needed. The college provides templates and sample MOUs.
