Evaluation
We use simple feedback forms in the closing minutes of our presentations to evaluate the visit. From these we gather great quotes from the girls and understand better what they take away from the presentation. We also keep track of how the presenters felt about the visit. It may be that the activity was too difficult for the age group, the PowerPoint was too long to keep their attention, etc. The more information we keep track of the better. We can enter this feedback into our database.
